Zina graduated from the American University of Beirut with a BA in Economics.

She currently holds the position of Junior MEL Officer at IM Fndng. She is responsible for the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities of the program, including tracking progress, and data collection.

Zina believes that courage and the willingness to learn are the main factors to grow and improve.
