With over two decades of experience in structured finance and corporate banking, Edward has successfully led numerous transactions in project and acquisition financing, as well as syndicated loans on a regional level.

Edward currently holds the position of Senior Investment Manager at IM Fndng where he supervises IM's investment processes including its matching program and various thematic funds. He is also responsible for the company's operations including deal sourcing & structuring, validating business models, evaluating investment projects, overseeing portfolio companies' valuations, and exploring and executing exit opportunities.

Prior to joining IM Fndng, Edward last held the position of Head of Structured Finance at Bank Audi, where he accumulated extensive expertise in specialized lending for large corporates.

Edward holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, in addition to a MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School – City University of London.
