This year's Reflect Festival took place on May 30 and 31, 2024, in Limassol, Cyprus and was attended by Nicolas Rouhana, Chairman and CEO, and Edward Melki, Senior Investment Manager, from IM Ventures.

Reflect Festival is dubbed the largest tech and entrepreneurship event for startups, investors, and decision-makers connecting Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The event included 5 main stages, an interactive expo, roundtables and panel discussions, workshops, pitching, and startup competitions, and was attended by over 10,000 participants, 1,000 startups, and 250 speakers. The tech gathering was further bolstered by 30+ side events, networking lounges, and match-making events.

Nicolas Rouhana was invited as a jury member on one of the semi-finals of the pitching events and ended up selecting the overall winner of the startup competition (PLAYBOOK - which is the largest professional learning network for women in MENA, and whose founder and CEO Wafa Alobaidat is a Bahraini entrepreneur).

Furthermore, Nicolas and Edward connected with many of the participants, like VentureSouq from Egypt, Cyprus Seeds, Story Telling Studio from Bulgaria, Playbook from Bahrain, Funrock from Sweden, MTSR Consultancy, Tengo Design, in addition to many others. Not to forget the Lebanese participants which were also engaged by IM Ventures such as Astrolabs, WrenEV, Adeptech, and AUB Innovation Park.
